Tenancy Changeover Time: Tenancies of this granada villa normally commence at 12pm on Saturday but other times can be arranged.
Access: The house has very good access. A car can be parked in the garage or near the garden.
Capacity: Maximum house capacity is 7 people. The property has one double one twin, one single and one double
sofa bed in sitting room.
Kitchens: The kitchen has a refrigerator, cooking facilities, microwave and washing machine.
Bathrooms: The property has one bathroom. There is also a separate shower cubicle in a shower room.
Laundry & linen: Bed linen and towels are provided and laundered weekly (normally one bath towel and one hand
towel per person) but you should take your own beach towels.
Cleaning: Our granada villa is properly prepared for your arrival. You are requested to leave the property
clean and tidy at the end of your stay.
Fuel and water supplies: Normal summer usage of water, gas and electricity is included in your rental.
There is no charge for heating and air conditioning.
Swimming pool: Pool is open from April to October. The pool has shallow and deeper end.
Passport and visa requirements: If you are a British citizen and hold a valid UK passport, you do not require a visa to
travel to Spain. It should be noted that if you are traveling with children and they are not on your passport, they will need their own.
