We offer this
Granada house to rent at a fair price directly from the owner. We will try to make your
holiday as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. This villa is designed to accommodate guests
throughout the year, including those beautiful Spring, Autumn and Winter periods.
Season dates: Our house is available for letting all year around. Early and late season can be a bit chilly but we have
heating and air conditioning installed in all rooms in the house.
Reservation Fee: The Reservation Fee is usually 30% of the cost of the rent. After
receiving this fee they will send you confirmation of your reservation. You can pay this deposit by
bank transfer, credit or debit card (discuss with the owner).
How to arrive: This Granada house is about 3 km/2 miles from Albolote and less than one km/mile from Malaga-Granada motorway.
Normally we meet our clients near the motorway and bring them to the villa (discussed on the phone/email).
Period: Our property is let for a one-week or more holidays and we calculate prices
on that basis. We are happy to accept weekend holidays in winter, spring or autumn.
Travel Arrangements: Please consider your requirements for travel arrangements, car
hire and additional items at the time of booking your holiday.
