There are 3 bedrooms, sleeping a maximum of 8 people. The well equipped kitchen has a washing machine, a gas cooker, microwave and fridge/freezer.

The lounge / dining room has seating and dining for 6 people and includes a television, stereo and DVD player. A separate games room includes pool, table tennis, chess and numerous board games.

The large private 50 sq metre swimming pool for your exclusive use surrounded by terraces and sun-beds.

If you are looking for villa to rent in Spain, near Granada, this villa is ideal to enjoy the sun and the silence. With good access by road to most areas, road cycling and motorbike touring are favourite local pastimes. Other local facilities include trout fishing, quad biking, horse-riding and a mineral spa and beaches are 30 minutes by car.

Distances: Albolote is 10 min drive from Granada. 30 min drive to Sierra Nevada ski resort. Beaches of the Costa del Sol 50 min drive, Malaga 1.5 hrs drive and 2.2 hrs drive to Sevilla.
